This statement describes the website’s accessibility commitment, the legal framework used as a reference, its conformity status, the measures applied and the available channels for reporting issues or requesting information in an accessible format.

Legal framework and reference standards

CA TEVA 360 uses the current European and Spanish digital accessibility framework as a reference, in particular Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public sector bodies’ websites and mobile applications, Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, Directive (EU) 2019/882 —the European Accessibility Act— and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 11/2023 of 8 May, insofar as it may apply to the services offered through the website.

As a technical reference standard, the website takes into account harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1, level AA, without prejudice to progressive improvements aligned with WCAG 2.2 criteria where reasonable and technically feasible.

3

Conformity status

CA TEVA 360’s objective is for cateva360.com to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, while progressively moving towards greater technical and functional conformity.

This statement does not constitute an external accessibility certification or a declaration of conformity issued by an accredited body. It is based on internal reviews, design improvements and technical criteria applied during the development and maintenance of the website.

4

Accessibility measures applied

During the design, development and maintenance of the website, CA TEVA 360 seeks to apply accessibility criteria aimed at making navigation, reading and understanding easier. Measures include a clear semantic structure, heading hierarchy, readable text, sufficient contrast, consistent navigation, descriptive links and reasonable compatibility with keyboard use and assistive technologies.

The website also seeks to ensure that forms, buttons, menus, legal notices and interactive components can be used in an understandable way and that essential content does not depend solely on colour, visual elements or complex interactions.

5

Non-accessible content or content under review

Although CA TEVA 360 works to improve the accessibility of the website, some elements may not yet fully meet all technical accessibility criteria, especially recently added content, third-party components, downloadable documents, older images, maps, videos or external integrations.

When accessibility barriers are detected, CA TEVA 360 will assess their correction according to their impact, technical feasibility, priority for users and proportionality of the measure.

6

Third-party content

The website may integrate or link to third-party services, such as analytics tools, forms, maps, videos, external fonts, security systems, email providers or other technological components. CA TEVA 360 does not fully control the accessibility of those services, although it will seek to select providers that offer reasonable accessibility and privacy assurances.

External websites linked from cateva360.com are governed by their own policies, terms and accessibility statements.

7

Reporting issues and requesting accessible information

Anyone may report access difficulties, accessibility barriers, navigation errors or request information in an alternative accessible format when content cannot be properly consulted.

To do so, please write to info@cateva360.com indicating the affected page, the issue detected, the device and browser used, any assistive technology used where relevant, and a contact method for responding to the request.

CA TEVA 360 will review the communication and seek to respond within a reasonable period, prioritising issues that prevent access to essential information or the use of relevant website functionality.

8

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. CA TEVA 360 may review this statement and update it to reflect legal, technical, design, content or functionality changes to the website.

Accessibility improvements will be progressively integrated into website maintenance, redesign, SEO optimisation, content creation and technical development tasks.
