CA TEVA 360 fees are calculated as a monthly percentage of the rent. The percentage varies according to the plan, the complexity of the property, the number of units and the services included.

Fees
The model is clear: the landlord pays a monthly percentage of the rent, linked to the service level. Essential, Plus, 360 and Patrimonial do not include the same tasks, so the percentage is defined in the proposal before work begins.
For portfolios, the Patrimonial plan can be scaled and tailored to the number of properties, reporting requirements and operational complexity.
Included services
The plans are not generic labels: each one groups a different level of service. Essential covers the professional base; Plus adds recurring follow-up; 360 includes broader management with issue management, maintenance, reporting and, when the operation is accepted, rental default guarantee options.
Patrimonial is designed around portfolios: multi-property landlords, property holding companies, family offices and owners who need a portfolio view rather than an isolated property service.
