Fees

Fees as a percentage of rent

The model is clear: the landlord pays a monthly percentage of the rent, linked to the service level. Essential, Plus, 360 and Patrimonial do not include the same tasks, so the percentage is defined in the proposal before work begins.

For portfolios, the Patrimonial plan can be scaled and tailored to the number of properties, reporting requirements and operational complexity.
